Merchant — a legal entity of any form, seeking to use the Company’s Services to connect card acquiring services and/or settlements, and/or any other payment options described on the Website or proposed by the Company via other communication channels.
Financial Institutions — acquiring banks, commercial banks, payment facilitators or any other financial institutions who hold applicable licenses and are authorized to provide the Services.
ICO — International Card Organizations (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express etc).
Payment Processing — processing of transactions which originate from orders placed at the Merchant’s point of sale, agreed with Financial Institutions and the Company, and made with the use of payment cards of available ICO or other available payment methods.
Services — (i) any financial services offered by the Company at the moment, including but not limited to Payment Processing and Settlements, and/or (ii) any applicable technical integration, support and other services which the Company may offer.
Payment Gateway — a technical platform provided by the Company to connect the Merchant’s point of sale to the Financial Institutions.
Settlement — payout of funds owed to the Merchant for the Payment Processing for the relevant period, with all fees deducted, as agreed by the Merchant, Financial Institution and the Company in applicable agreements, which the Company may facilitate, and which is processed in accordance to individual agreements between the Merchant, Financial Institution and the Company.
By using this Website, You confirm that You are of legal age to form a binding agreement, and that all information provided during Your use of the Website and communications with the Company is accurate and truthful. Accessing the Website implies acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications as described in the “Modification of Terms” section below.

(iii) You refrain from engaging in activities involving sanctioned regions and/or sanctions persons (OFAC, OFSI and other sanction regimes that apply will be communicated individually);
(iv) Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.
